Buying Tips

Check and see if the product is damaged in any way and does it come with all the required cables etc.

Model Number

Apple has various models for different countries - Whilst it might be called the same (eg. "iPhone 7 - 128gb") it may have a different model number. Check the model numbers on the apple website to make sure it corresponds to the country of your location. This is especially important for cellular devices as connectivity signals and frequencies can differ between countries.

Refurbished Models

Has the owner/previous owner repaired the product in anyway? Check to see if genuine replacement parts have been used or you may have to replace these again in the near future.

Apple Devices

Apple devices now come locked to the first registered user - Ensure the device comes either unlocked or contact the seller to confirm they will perform an unlock with Apple once the item is sold. (This is a free of charge service Apple perform on iPads and iPhones but the seller - the one who the phone is initially registered to - needs to contact Apple)
